Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Creditpal website and assistant. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must give an accurate email address and keep your access credentials secure. You must be authorized to connect any credit profile you add.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to, interfering with the assistant, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or third-party right.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as shown at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or under any money-back period we offer. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Your data and ownership

You retain all rights to your credit data. We connect with read-only access solely to explain your credit, simulate actions directionally, and build your plan, and we never have write access, never move money, and never open or close accounts. We claim no ownership over your data.

Educational guidance only, not financial advice

Creditpal explains your credit and builds a step-by-step plan for your review. Its output is educational guidance only and does not constitute financial, credit-repair, or legal advice. Creditpal is not a lender and is not a credit-repair service, and it does not file disputes or request deletions on your behalf. We do not guarantee any specific score, number, increase, or timeframe. You are responsible for reviewing and acting on any suggestion. For your rights and free annual credit reports, see annualcreditreport.com and the CFPB.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creditpal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, we will delete or return your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
