Safeport Law Reviews, Safeport Law Cost and the Refund Window, With a Cheaper Alternative
Safeport Law is a credit repair service run by Coleman Legal, LLC in LaGrange, Georgia. Its FAQ lists two plans: Credit Cleanse at $89.99 a month with an $89 initial work fee, and Credit Cleanse+ at $129.99 a month with a $129 fee, billed six days after you sign up. Four months of Credit Cleanse costs $448.96. Its 90-day money-back guarantee only pays out if none of your disputed items is removed, and only if you ask between day 91 and day 120. No firm can remove accurate negative items. CreditPal is not credit repair: it reads your file, shows which factors cost you the most points and orders the fixes, from $7 a month.

Safeport Law figures were read off safeportlaw.com, its FAQ, its Our Promise page and its Legal page (Terms of Use and Privacy Policy) on 5 October 2026. Sky Blue Credit, Credit Saint and The Credit People prices were re-checked on their own sites the same day. Vendors change prices, so confirm at checkout.
How much does Safeport Law cost?
Safeport Law does not have a pricing page. The prices sit in its FAQ, under "How much does your service cost?", and read: "Credit Cleanse+ at $129.99/month with a $129 initial work fee and Credit Cleanse at $89.99/month with an $89 initial work fee. Your first work fee will be billed 6 days after sign up, with monthly payments beginning one month after registration."
Most credit repair files take three to six months, because each bureau investigation runs about 30 days. Here is what that costs at Safeport Law next to the large firms people usually compare it with. These are our own sums from each company's published prices:
| Option | Setup fee | Per month | Four months | Six months |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Safeport Law Credit Cleanse | $89 | $89.99 | $448.96 | $628.94 |
| Safeport Law Credit Cleanse+ | $129 | $129.99 | $648.96 | $908.94 |
| Credit Saint Credit Polish | $99 | $79.99 | $418.96 | $578.94 |
| The Credit People Standard | None listed | $99 | $396 | $594 |
| Sky Blue Credit Basic | None | $79 | $316 | $474 |
| CreditPal (month to month) | None | $9 | $36 | $54 |
On these numbers Safeport Law's entry plan is the most expensive of the four firms over four months, and Credit Cleanse+ costs about twice what Sky Blue Credit does. The FAQ does not say what Credit Cleanse+ adds for the extra $40 a month, so ask for the difference in writing before you choose it.
The 90-day money-back guarantee, read line by line
The Our Promise page says that if "there is no change made to your credit in the first 90 days, you are entitled to a full refund." The conditions under it are what decide whether you ever see that money.
First, the trigger is "If you do not see any of your disputed items removed." One removed item, even a minor inquiry, means the guarantee does not apply. Second, you must stay in and keep paying: "Cancellation or failure to pay during the initial 90 days of the program is a void of this guarantee." By day 90 that is the $89 work fee plus about three monthly payments, roughly $359 on Credit Cleanse. Third, you must send a copy of your driver's license and Social Security card "within five (5) days" of signing. Fourth, the request window is narrow: "Refund audits must be requested between 91 and 120 days from the receipt of your first payment." Stay past day 120 and "you waive the right to request a refund." Safeport then takes up to 30 days to audit your file. The promise page also names Credit Cleanse specifically, so confirm in writing whether Credit Cleanse+ is covered.
Outside the guarantee, the Terms of Use are blunt: "There are no pro-rated refunds" and "You agree that fees collected are non-refundable." If you cancel, the account stays active to the end of the month you already paid for. Federal law still gives you three business days after signing any credit repair contract to cancel for free.
Is Safeport Law a real law firm?
The footer reads "Coleman Legal, LLC dba Safeport Law and Of Counsel Attorneys" with the label "Attorney Advertising," and the homepage promises "true, legal representation." The Privacy Policy on the same site says something different. In its section on sharing your information with third parties it states: "We are not attorneys and we don't provide legal advice." We are quoting the company's own pages, not drawing a conclusion, but it is a fair question to put to a counselor before you pay: which attorney will review your file, and in which state is that attorney licensed?
The same policy is worth reading for what happens to your data. It says that providing your information grants Safeport Law "full rights to buy, sell or lease your personal information," and that it may share it with affiliates Credit Squad and United Services Credit and with partners including "National Debt Relief, Bills.com, or any other business (including lenders)." The sign-up form also asks you to consent to calls that may use "AI/Artificial voice calls" and text messages. If you are already fielding debt relief calls, expect more. You can opt out of third-party sharing by emailing the support address listed in the policy.
Safeport Law reviews and what they really measure
Safeport Law's homepage says "Read our 411 reviews" and its "Featured on" strip links to several best-of roundups. Two of those links point to newspaper pages filed under paid and sponsored sections in their own web addresses, so treat that strip as advertising rather than independent coverage. Customer reviews of credit repair firms mostly rate the phone experience at sign-up. They say much less about whether accurate negatives came off, because they rarely do.
What a firm can legally do is narrow. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act any item you believe is inaccurate or unverifiable can be disputed, and the bureau must investigate, usually within 30 days. You can file the same disputes yourself at no cost with each bureau. Safeport Law's own FAQ says as much when it answers "Can I fix my credit myself?" with "Every individual has the responsibility to monitor and protect their own credit." Our guide to disputing credit report errors shows the exact steps.
When paying Safeport Law makes sense, and when it does not
It can make sense if your reports carry several genuine errors, such as an account that is not yours, a debt reported twice or a late payment you can document was on time, and you would rather pay someone than write and track the letters across three bureaus. In that case compare four-month totals first. Our Credit Saint cost breakdown shows how the first work fee changes that total. Our best credit repair companies comparison lays the firms out side by side, the Sky Blue Credit review covers the cheapest large firm, and the Credit Saint review explains its first work fee. If a fee before any work is done bothers you, read credit repair with no upfront fee.
It makes no sense when the negative items are accurate. A real late payment, a collection you owe or maxed-out cards will not be removed by anyone, and four months of Credit Cleanse is $448.96 spent confirming that. Under the guarantee terms, one minor removal is enough to forfeit the refund even if the items that matter stay.
CreditPal answers the question you should settle first. It connects read-only, explains in plain English which factors are costing you the most points, lets you simulate a change before you make it and puts the fixes in the order that pays. From $7 a month. It does not file disputes, it is not a credit repair organization and it does not promise a score.

Questions people ask before they buy
How much does Safeport Law cost?
Safeport Law charges $89.99 a month for Credit Cleanse with an $89 initial work fee, or $129.99 a month for Credit Cleanse+ with a $129 fee. The work fee is billed six days after sign up and monthly payments start a month later. Four months of Credit Cleanse totals $448.96.
Is Safeport Law legit?
Safeport Law is a real business, Coleman Legal, LLC in LaGrange, Georgia, that publishes its prices and a written guarantee. Read two things before paying: the refund only applies if no disputed item is removed, and its privacy policy allows your data to be sold or shared with debt relief companies and lenders.
Does Safeport Law have a money-back guarantee?
Yes, a 90-day guarantee on Credit Cleanse. You get a full refund only if none of your disputed items is removed in 90 days, you paid every month without cancelling, you sent ID within five days of signing, and you ask between day 91 and day 120 after your first payment.
Is Safeport Law a real law firm?
Its footer describes Coleman Legal, LLC dba Safeport Law and Of Counsel Attorneys and labels the site Attorney Advertising. Can I cancel Safeport Law at any time?
Yes. Under its Terms of Use you can cancel at any time, but there are no pro-rated refunds and fees already collected are non-refundable, so the account runs to the end of the paid month. Federal law also lets you cancel any credit repair contract within three business days of signing.

Only incorrectly reported ones. Its own FAQ says it can share tactics that may help remove "incorrectly reported late payments." A late payment that really happened can stay on your report for seven years, and no firm can legally remove it if it is accurate.
